Admin eats your Tuesday evening

Most tutors live in three tabs: a Google Sheet for payments, a Telegram thread for parents, and a notebook for the schedule. It works — until you hit fifteen students.

Spreadsheets break

One accidentally deleted row and you no longer remember who paid for which lesson. The phone view never quite matches.

Students forget the lesson

Without automated reminders you re-type the schedule in Viber and Telegram every week — and no-shows still happen.

Money slips through cracks

Who pre-paid for four lessons? Who owes for last Tuesday? Manual ledgers turn invoicing into endless homework.

What's inside

One tool instead of three tabs

ZNO CRM covers what a private tutor actually does every day: scheduling, students, payments, reminders.

Scheduling and recurring lessons

Weekly lessons, drag-to-reschedule, blackout days. The calendar matches how you plan a week.

  • Recurring lessons 12 weeks ahead
  • Drag a lesson to reschedule
  • Subscribe via Google / Apple Calendar

Students and parents

One profile per family: child, parent contacts, notes, progress. Sibling discount is a first-class setting.

  • One parent → many siblings
  • Archive and restore students
  • Sibling discount built in

Payment tracking

Mark lessons paid, see outstanding balance per student, and stop forgetting who to remind.

  • Auto-allocates to the oldest unpaid lesson
  • Per-student balance at a glance
  • Audited history of every change

Reminders

Lesson and payment reminders — a ready-to-paste message for Viber, Telegram or SMS.

  • Ready-to-paste templates for Viber / Telegram
  • Copy to clipboard in one click

Your week on one screen

Earnings, hours taught, no-show rate — without building charts in Excel.

  • Weekly and monthly summaries
  • “Today” dashboard

UAH first, multi-currency ready

ZNO CRM ships in UAH but the data model already speaks USD, GBP, EUR — for tutors teaching abroad.

  • UAH as the default
  • Multiple currencies in one account

Why ZNO

A tool for tutors — not another marketplace

We don't compete with BUKI or Preply for your students. Our job is to make running the ones you already have a lot less painful.

Ukrainian from day one

Interface, emails, message templates — all in Ukrainian. English is the second language, for our international audience.

No commission on your lessons

Flat subscription fee. ZNO never takes a cut of what your students pay — that money is yours.

Built for solo and small studios

Every screen is designed around the actual work habits of one or two tutors.

Common questions

What tutors ask before joining

If your question isn't here, reply to the confirmation email and we'll answer personally.

How much does the beta cost?

The first 50 accounts get three months free and a direct feedback channel with the founder. After the beta, ZNO is a flat monthly subscription (we'll announce the exact price one week before launch).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time from account settings. No card is stored, so cancelling is just a toggle.

Does ZNO take a commission on payments?

No. ZNO is a flat subscription. Payments from students and parents go directly to you — bank, card, cash, however you prefer. ZNO only records the transaction.

Where is my data stored?

Servers are in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Backups are encrypted. We never share your data with third parties and we don't run ads.

Can I import students from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes — CSV/Excel import is planned for the beta launch. Until then, students can be added through a fast inline form (roughly 30 seconds per student).

Which languages are supported?

Ukrainian is the primary, fully covered language. English is supported for international tutors. Message templates can be in whatever language you teach in.

When are you launching?

A closed beta with early users is running. The public launch is in the coming weeks. Drop your email and we'll send you a personal invite.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes. ZNO CRM is a web app that works identically in Safari, Chrome and Edge on phone, tablet and desktop. We don't plan a native mobile app — the browser covers 100% of the scenarios.
